**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as project managers and administrative staff, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the project management or construction industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
- **Punctuality**: Must be punctual and adhere to the working hours of 9 AM to 6 PM.
- **Sponsorship Transfer**: Willing and able to transfer sponsorship.
