Job Description: Customer Service Representative for a Cleaning and Hospitality Company
Job Title:
Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Providing accurate information about the company’s services and pricing.
Registering customer requests and scheduling appointments according to their needs and company availability.
Handling customer complaints effectively and providing appropriate solutions.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
Preparing daily reports on customer interactions and service requests.
Maintaining organized records of all transactions and updating customer data regularly.
Coordinating with internal teams (cleaning, hospitality, etc.) to ensure high-quality service delivery on time.
**Requirements**:
Gender: Female only.
Education: Diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in cleaning or hospitality sectors.
Language: Proficiency in Arabic (reading and writing) and English (required).
Residency: Applicant must currently reside in Doha.
Availability: Ready to join immediately.
**Benefits**:
**Salary**: QAR 3,500.00 to QAR 6,000.00 per month (including accommodation and transportation allowance).
Mobile allowance: Provided by the company.
Additional Information:
