Business Development Manager for Doha, QAtar

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Qatar region for IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, conducting prospect meetings, and presenting tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**:
- Collaborate with management to create and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, lead generation, and client retention.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase solutions tailored to customer needs.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the Qatar region.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve service offerings.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare detailed proposals, RFPs, and contracts, ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
**Key Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and managed IT services.
- Experience in the Qatar region or GCC countries is highly preferred.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, such as firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, SOC, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with IT services, cloud solutions, managed services, and emerging technology trends.
- **Sales Skills**:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-level stakeholders.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, or PMP) is an advantage.
- **Language Proficiency**:
- Fluent in English. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- **Other Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Qatar, including data privacy and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., NIA standards).
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.
