Finch, a creative agency based in Doha - Qatar, is looking for a Female Business Development Professinal to join immediately. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, bringing in more clients, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
In order to succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of modern marketing techniques, and a passion for sales. We believe a top-notch Business Development Professional is capable of creating strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Job responsibilities includes:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Collect leads and bring in more clients.
- Attain Sales target by marketing services of the firm.
- Conducting periodic market research.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Tele calling and Media Knowledge is an added advantage
- Female Arabic Speaker
- 1 - 2 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in Media and Agencies.
- Preference for Qatar Driving License holders.
**Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
