The Personal Assistant to the concerned Head/Line Manager provides secretarial and administrative support across the range of activities for which the concerned Head/Line Manager is responsible in the Dept/Division/School.
- Closely supporting the Line Manager, work alongside him/her in providing assistance with his/her busy schedule, anticipating documents, support and correspondence that may be required for upcoming meetings and events.
- Supporting the Line Manager by providing a comprehensive, fully confidential and efficient administrative and personal assistance service.
In going about all duties and communications uphold the vision, values and high standards of Ta’allum -Group by demonstrating unfailing integrity and professionalism at all times.
This position entails working with information, much of which is held in confidence. Under no circumstances is this confidentiality to be compromised.

Skills requirements:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, including strong grammar and spelling and minute-taking skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and a customer service focus
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills with an ability to improve processes and practices
- Actively support the company’s Mission, Values and Goals in all dealings with members of the School family and wider community
- Ability to function effectively as both an individual and a member of a team.
- High level computing skills including(but not limited to) the ability to utilize MS Office at an expert level.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability and preparedness to deal with confidential documentation and information in the strictest confidence.
- A first rate customer service focus within an administrative and clerical context.
- Thorough understanding of meeting procedures, agendas and minute taking.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in all aspects of an executive personal assistant role.

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
