**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Coordination (Personal & Family)**:

- Plan and coordinate all personal travel arrangements for the Chairman and his family, including flights, private jets, ground transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle last-minute travel changes or disruptions with mínimal impact on the Chairman’s schedule.
- **Household Management**:

- Oversee the operations of multiple households, both locally and internationally, ensuring each property is well-maintained, staffed, and running according to the Chairman’s expectations.
- Coordinate with household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, drivers) to ensure the Chairman’s personal residences are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage household projects, such as renovations, repairs, or upgrades, in collaboration with vendors and contractors.
- **Personal Scheduling & Event Coordination**:

- Manage the Chairman’s personal calendar, including scheduling personal appointments, family events, and social engagements.
- Collaborate with the Chairman’s Executive Assistant to ensure there is no overlap or conflict between personal and business schedules.
- **Financial Management for Personal Matters**:

- Assist in managing household budgets, tracking personal expenses, and liaising with the Chairman’s financial team on personal financial matters when necessary.
- Ensure that all personal and household-related invoices are paid on time and that all accounts are in order.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive concierge, or in a similar role for high-net-worth individuals or C-level executives.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple households, travel arrangements, and personal schedules.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing complex, high-value personal matters.
- Ability to handle sensitive personal information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and the ability to work irregular hours as needed.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Proactive and able to anticipate the Chairman’s needs without constant direction.
- Calm under pressure and capable of handling a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required depending on experience.
- **Languages**: Fluency English is mandatory.
