The role holder ensures effective customer service at Kahramaa branches, handling walk-in inquiries, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all customer inquiries and complaints at Kahramaa branches.
- Provide information on Kahramaa services, register complaints, and resolve queries.
- Track and resolve customer service issues according to Kahramaa’s guidelines, escalating as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with other departments on outstanding customer transactions.
- Issue invoices, collect fees, and record payments in the system for service connections.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or inform them about inspection results for electrical/water repairs.
- Follow up on delayed customer payments and coordinate for reconnections, meter installations, disconnections, and readings.
- Share information about new Kahramaa products or services with customers.
- Inform customers about documentation requirements.
- Adhere to Kahramaa’s customer service policies and procedures.
- Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Contact external customers when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the unit supervisor.
- Change work location or shift as directed by the supervisor or head of section.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance section to maintain ISO/Risk Management/ISMS certification.
- Ensure compliance with Kahramaa’s health and safety regulations.
- Prepare documentation and reports on customer interactions for future reference.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proficient standard office equipment skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Written and Spoken Both English and Arabic is a privilege.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
