Contract Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Government Procurement Professional to join our team at the International School of London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contracts from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
This role involves negotiating contracts, drafting contract amendments, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition, the Government Procurement Professional will assist in the preparation of proposals and responses to solicitations, and provide support for contract administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and draft contract amendments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist in proposal preparation and response to solicitations
- Provide support for contract administration activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years of purchasing experience specifically in commodity and service requirements
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with U.S. Government procurement procedures (i.e., FAR/DFAR regulations)
