We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Audi Sport & Exclusive Manager based in Dubai. As the primary contact for high-profile VIPs, Dealer partners, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
  • Create strategic plans for Audi Exclusive and Audi Sport models in collaboration with regional development teams.
  • Develop and implement dedicated budgets and KPIs for Audi Sport and Exclusive initiatives.
  • Pursue annual target agreements with key stakeholders, including Audi Sport GmbH and Audi AG.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and identify potential partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Operations teams to develop volume planning strategies for Audi Sport models.

Dealer and Customer Steering

  • Provide guidance and support to Dealers on Audi Exclusive and Audi Sport products, services, and marketing initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with high-profile customers and VIPs, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Coaching and Communication

  • Coach Dealer Management and consultants on Audi Exclusive and Audi Sport topics.
  • Communicate Audi Exclusive offers to markets and customers, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in premium segment sales.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic and/or German language skills are an advantage.
