Relationship Manager

This is a challenging role that requires the right candidate to effectively manage and develop business relationships with existing and new clients. The successful applicant will have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Improve profitability of the portfolio by achieving set objectives through proactive relationship management with existing and new clients.
- Enhance the marketing process for credit facilities and coordinate with other departments to implement marketing strategies within the unit.
- Analyze and evaluate credit data and financial statements to determine risk levels and assist in structuring credit facilities, collaterals, and terms and conditions.
- Identify key clients and their needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients under supervision from Senior RM/Unit Head.
- Analyze client complaints and follow-up on service recovery processes to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure periodic updates on industrial studies and build financial models for clients.
- Conduct risk analysis activities based on analyzed credit data and financial statements to provide credit recommendation proposals.
- Drive growth for both credit facilities and deposits portfolios simultaneously.
- Liaise with segments to provide high-quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.
- Suggest improvement initiatives and innovative ideas to achieve business growth and continuity.
