**Job Summary**

The Enterprise Sales Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team's success by driving efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations. This position will be responsible for monitoring sales lead conversion queues, ensuring timely processing of requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Dynamics 365 Expertise**: Develop and maintain expertise in Dynamics 365 (EBU CRM) across all areas, including development, to drive sales team success.
  • **Communication and Collaboration**: Effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams, including Presales & Project Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other functional areas, to support sales team objectives.
  • **Process Improvement**: Identify and recommend system and process improvements to enhance sales operations and drive business growth.
  • **User Acceptance Testing**: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in various sales tools, as needed, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • **Administrative Functions**: Handle basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, workflows, and other routine tasks, as determined by the Sales Ops Manager.
  • **Sales Process Alignment**: Maintain Dynamics 365 with key artifacts during the sales cycle and ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • **Data Risk Management**: Manage all data risks, driving integral initiatives, and working collaboratively with the Sales Teams to improve data quality within 1SF and ensure compliance.
  • **Additional Responsibilities**: Perform related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • **Technical Skills**: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, SQL, etc.) and good understanding of working with databases.
  • **Experience**: Proven experience in Dynamics 365 as an admin with 2 years of experience in sales operations as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is a plus.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Excellent numeric and analytical skills with the ability to understand and adapt to effective sales models and programs.
  • **Subject Matter Expertise**: Be the subject expert manager when feeding into cross-functional projects or other IT developments.
  • **Additional Expectations**: Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership.
