Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Officer to join our Petrochemicals Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating product delivery schedules, customer allocation plans, and cargo loadings according to existing planned sales, berth loading plans, and unplanned changes to product availability and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product delivery schedules and customer allocation plans to ensure accurate and efficient product delivery.
  • Coordinate with customers, terminal operators, service providers, and internal QatarEnergy resources to ensure seamless product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Make scheduling and operational decisions under pressure to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Monitor and control financial and business risks associated with product delivery and customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve product delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, terminal operators, and service providers to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of professional work experience in sales management, commercial operations, and/or product planning and scheduling.
  • Strong sales management and commercial operations skills, including client-relationship management.
  • Ability to make scheduling and operational decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in financial controls and business controls.
  • Experience in operational risk and risk management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including experience with MS Excel and SAP-based applications.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce or Engineering with relevant experience in marketing and sales.
