  • Provide Group-level team with expertise in technology domain – services, planning, and performance.
  • Transfer best-practice solutions planning and design techniques to the OpCos in line with Group preferred practices, architectures, and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with Group Strategic Sourcing for driving synergies, valuation of bids, and selecting vendors; provide technical expertise.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key vendors.
  • Provide Group-level expertise in Services Technology covering strategy, planning & engineering.
  • Deliver Group functional requirements for Services Technology.
  • Contribute to relevant expert groups & centers of excellence in Services domain under the Technology Leadership Team's direction.
  • Participate in reviewing OpCos' strategic plans and budgets as a technical expert.
  • Support OpCos in resolving Services Technology related issues, as required.
  • Support in M&A technology due diligence.
  • Participate in the formulation of strategic and operational governance processes of Group Technology as a member of the senior management team.
