We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in handling and coordinating all recruitment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment trips to source high-caliber candidates through university fairs and other events.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates using various databases, networking, and internet resources.
- Screen CVs and applications, and generate a shortlist for review by the recruitment team.
- Arrange and organize placement tests and interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Verify credentials and conduct reference checks for approved candidates.
- Coordinate with overseas candidates to obtain necessary documents for recruitment procedures.
- Work with government affairs to facilitate formalities related to new joiners, including business visas and work permits.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for new hires.
- Coordinate with IT and General Services to ensure all necessary items are provided for new joiners.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a similar industry.
- Commitment to Company Core Values.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Time management and analytical thinking skills.
