Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Development Manager to join our team at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of data entered into our database system, as well as updating customer information and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Ensure all data entered into our database system is correct and precise, and update customer information as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers and companies to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints, and provide updates on resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide a daily Digital Leads Report and a Monthly Digital Monitoring Report to management, and analyze customer inquiries from different channels.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring complaints are logged in the system, followed up, and customer notified.
  • Skills Development: Educate and direct customers to appropriate channels to enhance customer convenience, and handle an average of 100 calls per day.

  • Strategic Problem Solver: Proficient in analyzing complex client needs, identifying potential challenges, and crafting innovative solutions that align with both client objectives and company goals.
  • Experienced Negotiator: Adept at orchestrating discussions that culminate in mutually favorable conclusions, whether in refining contract specifics or tending to client inquiries.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, such as Kerridge, LMS, and LMT, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
