Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and architects to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of prefabricated construction and showcasing product offerings.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, prices, and contract details with clients to secure sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and handling any issues that arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in prefab construction, new products, and innovations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and progress using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional materials and advertising strategies aimed at expanding market reach.
