About the Role
The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Trend Micro's partner ecosystem in the MMEA-Qatar/Kuwait region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Trend Micro's partner base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Recruit new partners to join the Trend Partner program, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring partners have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Trend Micro's solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any gaps.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the IT sales industry, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
- Proven track record in channel sales management, with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision and a strong sense of autonomy.
