">Senior Manager - Merchant Operations
">You will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, upgrading and development of systems and operations to support Merchant Services. You will ensure adherence with internal TAT merchants SLA procedure, apply merchant risks, ensure successful merchant business and provide proper support to merchants.
">Your key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the AVP Merchant Operations in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes.">
- Maintaining an efficient processing center for the Merchant Services Unit.">
- Counselling Merchant Associates and officers on implementation requirements.">
- Providing timely and accurate information to the Merchant manager.">
- Monitoring merchants' activities according to set payment processing methods and procedures.">
- Evaluating compliance with local and international rules and regulations provided by regulatory bodies and Visa/MC requirements.">
- Identifying exceptions and informing the VP Merchants for further action.">
- Maintaining relationships with third-party processors according to set communication protocols.">
- Ensuring daily file loading of ecommerce merchants into the acquiring relevant system.">
- Verifying P.O.S transactions into merchant relevant systems.">
- Preparing Q-Pay MICROS and AMEX files using the merchant dedicated bank system.">
- Approving electronic statement certificates and forwarding them to secure merchant email IDs.">
- Daily monitoring of various bank merchant systems configuration.">
- Implementing a proper checklist of new systems/services within the merchant unit.">
- Ensuring completion of daily merchant processes by backup staff in case of absence.">
- Raising IR, CR, SARF for merchant staff in case of system failure.">
- Ensuring compliance with card scheme mandates.">
- Knowledgeable in accounting and settlement procedures.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, accounting, finance or IT, seasoned with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the Merchant & ecommerce operations industry.
