Corporate Governance Assistant

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Governance Assistant to join our team at People Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of corporate governance, including policy recording and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure seamless administration of corporate governance activities.
- Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer to prepare reports, presentations, and packs for Board meetings.
- Manage conflicts of interest, ethics, and gifts and benefits reporting processes and procedures.
- Translate documents and provide language support as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification or experience.
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Secretary/Administrative/Personal Assistant working for a senior manager/head of department.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
