**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Governance Assistant to join our team at People Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of corporate governance, including policy recording and maintenance.
  2. Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure seamless administration of corporate governance activities.
  3. Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer to prepare reports, presentations, and packs for Board meetings.
  4. Manage conflicts of interest, ethics, and gifts and benefits reporting processes and procedures.
  5. Translate documents and provide language support as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Secretary/Administrative/Personal Assistant working for a senior manager/head of department.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
