We are working with a dynamic and fast-growing investment bank seeking talented professionals to join their Investment Banking Advisory team. They are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about delivering value, contributing from day one, and thriving in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior bankers in origination and coverage efforts across various advisory products, including M&A, ECM, DCM, and restructuring, with active involvement in all stages of the deal cycle.
  • Draft and review marketing materials and transaction-related documents, such as pitchbooks, proposals, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and transaction findings reports.
  • Participate in transaction execution processes by coordinating with external advisors, tracking deadlines, and preparing client deliverables.
  • Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies across multiple industries.
  • Conduct analyses related to capital structure advice, including leverage analysis and other financial assessments.
  • Undertake in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and client pitches.

Requirements:
  • Experience in investment banking or big 4 deals and advisory teams.
  • Strong academic credentials, demonstrating a first-class track record.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with proficiency in valuation techniques and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • A highly independent professional with the ability to take on responsibility and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
