Job Summary:

Noble House Trading & Services is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to manage the finance function and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and experience in preparing financial statements, managing general ledgers, and conducting reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records, including journals, ledgers, and trial balances.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
  • General Ledger Management:
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
  • Compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze variances between actual financial results and budgets.
  • Tax & Compliance:
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and provide recommendations for tax planning strategies.
  • Audit Support:
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and implement corrective actions.
  • Asset Management:
  • Maintain asset records and ensure proper accounting for depreciation and disposal.
  • Monitor and report on the company's financial status regarding assets and liabilities.
  • Cross-functional Support:
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business objectives.
