Join us at Minor International as a Customer Service Lead, where you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of guest interactions, from responding to inquiries to resolving complaints.

You will work closely with our front desk team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience. Your duties will include handling incoming calls, taking written messages for hotel guests, and transferring guests to voice mail to leave a message as well as retrieving guests' voice messages. You will also be responsible for lodging guest requests for wake-up calls, setting the console, and giving the wake-up call, dealing with unanswered wake-up calls; handling incoming faxes.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly. If you have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and have 1-2 years of luxury hotel experience at a similar level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
