Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support business growth and development. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring that our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with senior management to drive organizational change and development
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct needs analysis and develop solutions to address talent management and development needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR business partnering
  • Prior experience in a product-based firm is highly desirable
  • Prior startup experience is a plus
  • Masters Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is required
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
