About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Central Asia HR team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies and programs that drive business value and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HR team to support world-class HR operational service delivery to businesses, managers, and employees in Qatar.
  • Partner with regional and global HR teams to design, develop, and deploy HR strategies, programs, and processes aligned with organizational goals, industry best practices, and local labor laws.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance, insights, and solutions for matters across the HR agenda.
  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery.
  • Implement a system of HR metrics to measure progress on goals and determine the effectiveness of support provided.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience leading and driving people strategies, processes, and key HR initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience working in the Middle East region.
  • Indepth knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to develop end-to-end HR strategies and drive implementation.
  • Fluent Arabic speaker.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and agile.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required or higher. Professional HR accreditation preferred.
  • A strong natural leadership style that motivates and inspires excellence and innovation.
  • Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply.
  • A high degree of cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with multicultural and business teams, including remote-working teams.
Relocation

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing's payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatar law.
