About the Role

In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee the HR Business Partnering Team for a dynamic division, driving HR initiatives for a workforce of over 5000 employees. You will provide Executive Management and Line Managers with strategic services, ensuring alignment with the overall HR plan and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR Business Partnering strategies, driving continuous improvement and policy updates to keep pace with the evolving business landscape.

• Collaborate with Executive Management and Line Managers to provide strategic services, focusing on workforce development, talent management, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and improving business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Executive Management, Line Managers, and employees.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
