Main Responsibilities

  1. Welcome guests and lead them to their tables in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Manage reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries in a polite and courteous way.
  3. Ensure the front of house area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  4. Assist with guest needs, including refilling beverages and taking orders.
  5. Report any customer complaints or service issues to senior management.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism industry essential or equivalent vocational qualification obtained from a 4/5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  3. Excellent command of English and Arabic desirable.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  5. Previous team management experience desirable.
