We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Improvement Specialist to join our Deloitte Digital team in the Customer and Marketing portfolio. Our team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences to bring customer strategies to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and be able to comprehend how they can impact businesses. They will also have experience working in a functional role with CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX, Odoo or others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives
  • Translate business requirements into effective and scalable processes
  • Recommend best practices and functionalities to meet business objectives
  • Prepare business requirement documents and lead sign-off from business
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation
  • Recommend reports and dashboard capabilities to extract meaningful insights from data
  • Collaborate with the development team to oversee integrations with other systems
  • Propose and implement enhancements to existing systems
