Job Description

The position of Program Manager is a critical role within V2X Inc, requiring a senior-most in-country management official to oversee all aspects of the Medical Support Services contract. This individual will ensure compliance with contractual requirements, operational efficiency, and high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program execution, including personnel management, budgeting, and contract compliance.
  • Ensure the program meets performance objectives in alignment with the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts to sustain medical support services, ensuring high standards of care and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee program planning, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government representatives, clients, and key stakeholders.
