Responsibilities:

  • Drive clearances of collections, leading escalations with cedants, clients, insurers, and intermediaries in a professional manner while building strong relationships.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the service you will handle within the first 30 days, attain competency and establish good relationships with colleagues within 60 days, and independently manage the process as a Subject Matter Expert within 90 days.
  • Focus on operational delivery, ensuring quality responses and timely turnaround, while optimizing technology to minimize routine manual work and maintain a lean process.
  • Drive the delivery of financial and operational KPIs, leading to efficient credit control and process improvements across similar functions.
  • Ensure the highest level of proficiency in handling accounts from a fiduciary perspective, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in operations within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the broking business and insurance terminologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks during peak periods.
