Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Administrator to join our team at Management Solutions International MSI. This role is responsible for accurate and timely order processing, ensuring seamless execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify order information completeness and quality.
  2. Ensure Sales-to-Operations handover adherence to frontline policy.
  3. Validate project categorization and conduct necessary pre-booking reviews.
  4. Guarantee order booking absolutes and deliverables meet required standards.
  5. Responsible for order registration and updating order data to SAP.
  6. Complete orders with relevant additional details and update order data.
  7. Ensure consistency and quality of planned revenue and cost plan.
  8. Configure billing plans under agreed conditions.
  9. Verify CMII value and customer parties.
  10. Verify and complete all role assignments.
  11. Verify planned installation hours and high-level scheduling.
  12. Trigger contract requirements for bank guarantees.
  13. Perform Order Booking tasks.
  14. Provide Order Booking information to Operations.
