Job Title: Trading Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trading Support Coordinator to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Trading Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Retail team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Data Management: Compile and update various daily reports, including Rosters, KPI targets, and retail-related reports.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and submit HR reports on time, including daily attendance reports.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order stationery and supplies across the airport, ensuring budgeted P&L/Management accounts are met.
  • Document Management: File documents in sequential order, ensuring data protection, and archive documents as per SOP.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate with new suppliers for better pricing, review existing supplier pricing, and coordinate regular services/AMCs for counting machines/printers.
  • Operational Checks: Conduct operational checks for all stores, taking necessary corrective actions to comply with SOP.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock replenishment and banking to ensure adequate supplies at all stores.
  • Office Administration: Handle office tasks, including filing, generating reports, and presentations.
  • New Joiner Onboarding: Manage the new joiner onboarding process, including uniform requests, name badges, and onboarding guides.
  • Meeting Minutes: Dictate, draft, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of the Admin Operations and Retail team within Qatar, supporting additional/ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management.
  • Maintenance and Facilities: Report maintenance items to the facilities team and raise maintenance requests.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure stores are clutter-free and dispose of unwanted items, aligning with facilities.
