Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability in the country's elite banking business.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk: Ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Segmentation and Analysis: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the country's elite banking market, including customer segments, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in corporate and private banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic, strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, team building and leadership skills, and excellent sales and relationship management skills.
