Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician Lead to join our team at ABC Consultants. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure full availability of Service Desk telephone and email support during shift.
  2. Provide support to clients and users through phone calls and emails.
  3. Monitor support mailboxes and log incidents and service requests in the system.
  4. Take ownership of all open Incidents and Service Requests and update them daily.
  5. Create work instructions to help deal with similar incidents and requests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education in IT or related field.
  • Current Microsoft or Cisco certifications backed by practical experience.
  • Experience with BES and Blackberry support.
  • At least 1 year experience supporting Cisco IPT systems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
