Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role; experience in a leadership position desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills.
