Van Sales Professional

The successful Field Merchandising Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in their designated territory.
Key Accountabilities- Drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and preferences, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Utilize data analytics to track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to Truck Helpers / delivery assistants, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Minimum Diploma in sales, business, or a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of sales experience in a similar capacity within FMCG / beverages / snacks industry is essential.
- Medium Qatari Driving license is mandatory.
- Bilingualism is an advantage.
