  • Collaborates with the Sales Manager to set departmental objectives, develop sales plans, and track progress.
  • Finds and converts new business opportunities into satisfied clients.
  • Provides expert guidance on services offered, addresses client inquiries, and builds long-term relationships.
  • Stays informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
  • Negotiates and secures sales agreements with clients, addressing concerns or objections professionally.
  • Tracks and analyzes sales performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions.
  • Cultivates partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Generates reports and insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
