The Role

">
  • We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and take on the role of Corporate, Government sectors, and Travel Agent Groups Room Sales of Sapphire Plaza Hotel.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving quarterly sales budgets set by the company and sending regular sales reports to the General Manager.
  • A clear understanding of Sapphire Plaza Hotel's business strategies, goals, and action plans is essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales, represent Sapphire Plaza Hotel in various events and exhibitions, and implement all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Daily sales calls and site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients will also be a key part of this role.
  • Providing quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, developing professional long-term business relationships, and always providing the highest quality of service to customers are also crucial responsibilities.

Ideal Profile

">
  • We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales/Relationship Manager or Sales Operations/Sales Support role, preferably within the Hospitality industry.
  • An Arabic speaker is preferred, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license, QID, and available NOC are also necessary for this position.
