Responsibilities include:

  • Providing Administrative Support:
    • Assist with filing, sorting, and organizing documents and records.
    • Help in other clerical tasks as directed by the office manager or other senior staff.
  • Office Maintenance:
    • Ensure the office premises are clean and well-organized, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and taking care of waste disposal.
    • Maintain cleanliness in common areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, and conference rooms.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Coordinate internal and external communication, including messaging, email, and phone calls.
  • Supply Management:
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, printer paper, etc.).
    • Inform the office manager or relevant personnel when the stock is low.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring that chairs, tables, and presentation equipment are ready.
    • Set up refreshments for meetings when required.
