Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Employee Relations:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and mediate disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on employee relations issues.
Performance Management and Compliance:
  • Establish performance goals and expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate HR policies and procedures with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR and Admin Operations is required. An MBA degree is preferred, and knowledge of ERP and HR-related software is an added advantage.
