We're seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Representative to join our team at Dallah Driving Academy. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and targeting potential B2B clients, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. You'll also need to be goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and identify potential B2B clients who can benefit from our driving training programs.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  4. Customize our training solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of B2B clients.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the driving education industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Qatar driver's license is mandatory.
  • Proficient in English.
