About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales strategy development and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

The annual sales plan and targets are critical components of this role, as they involve developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. This includes identifying key customer segments, developing targeted sales pitches, and analyzing market data to inform sales decisions.
