Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant-Recruitment Specialist to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, managing candidate databases, and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Collect and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates from various online and offline sources, ensuring that profiles meet company requirements.
  2. Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates via phone, video, or in-person, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit timely reports on employment activity, providing insights into recruitment trends and effectiveness.
  4. Job Advertising: Advertise job openings on company careers pages, job boards, and professional networks, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
  5. Recruitment Planning: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for each open position, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  6. Candidate Follow-up: Regularly follow up with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans and implementation, making adjustments as needed.
  7. Job Offer Management: Coordinate the sending of job offer emails and respond to candidate inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  8. Job Posting: Post job openings on online platforms, professional organizations, and other relevant venues, ensuring maximum exposure.
  9. Candidate Research: Identify and document ideal candidate sources, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  10. Interview Support: Assist in interviewing and selecting employees, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
General Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Process Management: Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policy and executing recruitment plans effectively.
  2. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  3. Interview Status Updates: Follow up on interview process status, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  4. Position Filling: Efficiently and effectively fill open positions, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline.
  5. Candidate Shortlisting: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
  6. Candidate Sourcing: Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  7. Candidate Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication with managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Applicant Evaluation: Review applicants to evaluate their suitability for the position, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a core HR recruiter role with GCC experience.
