Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Protectol Health. As a key player in our sales efforts, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in modern trade and traditional trade channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent communication skills.

Main Duties
Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade and traditional trade to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. List vendor registrations in hypermarket or retail channels, build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories or accounts. Monitor product availability and visibility, negotiate shelf space and promotional activities, and engage with wholesalers and small-scale retailers to ensure consistent product movement.

Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in modern and traditional trade. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, adaptability to different sales environments, and proficiency in sales tracking tools and MS Office.
