Senior Contract Administrator

About the role:
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contracts management principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting.
- Strong analytical skills are required, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is essential.
- The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide contract support to the management team in the preparation and/or review of contracts/subcontracts/supplier agreements.
- Manage contractual daily requirements and reporting of claim and variation progress.
- Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers the terms & conditions of any new agreements to be put in place.
- Prepare and edit contracts between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
