* Conduct calendar audits to optimize the CEO's time allocation across key priorities.

* Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.

* Oversee the CEO's budget and facilitate expense processing.

* Triage enquiries, drafting correspondence and escalating matters as needed.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in executive support roles.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
