Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Premier Inn Hotels LLC. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in a warm and timely manner.
  • Answer guest-related queries and provide information on room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area.
  • Process payments and reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • IDentify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive online mentions and promote customer feedback.
  • Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
  • Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints.
  • Evaluate the safety of all guests in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, flexibility, agility, and ability to work under pressure. Additionally, you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with proactive and excellent organizational skills.

You must have/be:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department of a hotel.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Arabic language proficiency - speaking, writing, and reading.
