Global Sales and Business Development Executive

The Role: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to generate revenue through direct phone sales, tradeshows, and networking groups. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve maximum leisure revenue and budgeted leisure targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to generate revenue through direct phone sales, tradeshows, and networking groups
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of hotels
- Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate leisure room nights
Requirements:
- Luxury hotel Sales background and proven sales track record required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Creativity in connecting with decision-makers
- Goal-driven and assertive in pursuing lead opportunities
