About the Role

The Accounts Clerk Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, processing payments, and supporting audit requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Verify and process invoices and payment requests
  2. Maintain accurate vendor information and payment records
  3. Prepare and distribute cheques
  4. Support audits and financial reporting
  5. Ensure confidentiality and security of financial documents
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
