Job Description
This is a senior leadership role that requires a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in Qatar, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the GCC market.Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Familiarity with the Qatari market and culture.Fluency in English and Arabic.-
