Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Administrative Support professional to provide administrative assistance to our leadership team within a dedicated department, division or section.

This role requires the ability to ensure governance compliance within the nominated department and maintain confidentiality of information between various ventures.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to manage complex interfaces with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  1. Maintains and updates databases to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability of source information.
  2. Handles incoming and outgoing documents, prepares e-filing, and completes administrative tasks such as letter and memo preparation.
  3. Maintains, organizes, analyzes, updates, and retrieves data from SAP, Access, and other corporate systems.
  4. Prepares data for report charts and presentations.
  5. Identifies processing problems and escalates to manager where applicable.
  6. Assists in daily management activities, including preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and organizing diary and calendar meetings.
  7. Provides guidance on practices, precedents, and techniques for simple aspects of work.
  8. Provides support with logistics, overtime, gate-passes, and business-related activities.
  9. Establishes and works on documentation systems for proper storage and retrieval of required documents.
  10. Initiates and delivers paperwork to advise customers, superiors, and junior staff.
